Surge Protector DS50VGPVS - Sale

The lightning current and overvoltage arrester of the DS50VGPVS series has been specially developed for the protection of photovoltaic systems and is available for operating voltages of 500 and 1000 V DC. The DS50VGPVS arrester is a two-part surge arrester type 2 and is designed for mounting on a DIN rail. The replacement module allows easy replacement of a damaged part without the need to disassemble the connected wires. The arrester includes VG type protection with a special gas-filled spark gap (GSG) and high-performance varistors in Y-connection. The DS50VGPVS arrester is equipped with remote protection status signaling as standard. Thanks to the galvanic isolation, the DS50VGPVS arrester is also suitable for applications with thin-film photovoltaic panels.
